Kan

Kan is a seasoned delivery professional with over 25 years of diversified experience in in the field of change and transformation, delivering both technology and business solutions at several global organisation across a wide industry spectrum. She has held several positions in the UK, US, and West Africa and therefore has a good understanding of working across different cultures and continents.
Kan started out her career as a Business Analyst with an organisation funded by the UK government to help SMEs transform their operations with the help of digital technology. This experience motivated her to complete an MSc in Information Systems and Technology after, which she relocated to the Unites States, where she spent almost a decade and a half leading delivery teams as prominent Wall Street firms – Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, JPMC to mention a few.
Kan has also worked in Africa, completing a 5-year stint where led Transformation and Change at a premier insurance company as well help build the Delivery Practice for a Boutique consulting firm.
Kan returned to the UK in 2012 and has continued her career in the delivery space with stints at NICE Actimize, Pladis Global and Mastercard. She is currently the Head of Professional Services EMEA, AWS Practice at TTEC Digital, a global leader in CX Experience Orchestration.
In addition to her MSc in Information Systems and Technology, Kan holds Project, Programme, Portfolio and PMO Certifications from PMI and APMG. Kan is also a Certified Change Manager and hold a Level 3 Certification in Education and Training. Kan has trained extensively, in her professional capacity within Project/Programme/Portfolio roles as well as externally for The Knowledge Academy, one of the largest providers of training within the UK.
